Rapid Health checks
Our health check engagements provide an independent, evidence based assessment of programme or project delivery performance. We apply a structured framework to evaluate core delivery dimensions including governance, team effectiveness, technical execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk exposure. This process combines qualitative input, through interviews and workshops, with quantitative assessment of delivery artefacts, plans, and progress metrics.

The result is a focused report that articulates key delivery risks, underlying causes, and priority areas for intervention. Each finding is supported by clear evidence and accompanied by actionable recommendations, sequenced by urgency and implementation complexity. Where required, we also propose immediate stabilisation steps or targeted interventions to restore confidence and control. Our objective is not only to provide clarity, but to enable executive teams to take informed, decisive action.
These engagements are typically completed within three to six weeks and are designed to accelerate course correction while maintaining momentum.


Problem Solving
We provide structured, independent support to resolve complex delivery issues that threaten programme success. Our engagements typically begin with a focused diagnostic exercise, combining senior stakeholder interviews, delivery artefact analysis, and governance reviews, to establish a fact base and identify the root causes of disruption. These may include misaligned priorities, decision making bottlenecks, structural delivery gaps, capability issues, or unresolved cross functional tensions.

Following diagnosis, we develop a pragmatic resolution plan, aligned to delivery constraints and executive priorities. This may involve resetting delivery scope, strengthening governance structures, clarifying accountability, or augmenting talent. Our team provides hands on support throughout, ensuring interventions are rapidly implemented and stakeholder confidence is restored. We act as a completely independent third party to facilitate alignment, manage sensitive escalations, and re-establish momentum.

Delivering Change
We lead and support the successful delivery of complex, business critical change programmes. Our approach begins with a contextual assessment to determine the most appropriate delivery methodology, whether agile, waterfall or a hybrid approach, based on organisational maturity, regulatory environment, stakeholder landscape, and risk appetite. We establish core delivery foundations from the outset, including planning cadences, governance structures, delivery metrics, and clearly defined accountabilities.
